Or, if you want to upgrade product embedded warranty coverage, turnaround time and length, the 5-day program offers the alternative to do so. Datalogic is excited to introduce Datalogic Shield, a new software security solution designed to extend the lifespan of Android mobile computers. This offering ensures our customers receive years of protection for their rugged device investment.

While consumer mobile security typically lasts 2-3 years, Datalogic Shield provides over 5 years of ongoing security support, along with OS version upgrades. This helps lower total ownership costs, minimize security risks, and maximize the longevity of devices.

Datalogic Shield is included with Datalogic EASEOFCARE contracts for covered Android devices. Customers can also opt for a “software-only” Datalogic Shield contract to receive this protection.
