This is structured in three levels of service to ensure the most suitable professional assistance depending on the nature of the issue. EASEOFCARE Preventative Maintenance

The Datalogic Scheduled Preventative Maintenance (PM) Plan ensures your equipment remains in optimal working condition with regular maintenance visits.

• Biannual on-site checkups and certified health reports
• Scheduled service calls to maintain peak equipment performance
• Constantly updated technical expertise for high-tech solutions
• Internal staff training for both minor maintenance and repairs, as well as proper system setup restoration

EASEOFCARE Site Audit Plan Overview

The Datalogic Site Audit goes beyond basic equipment operations. Datalogic analyzes all system aspects, including material handling, environmental factors, and support processes, to identify opportunities to improve system performance, uptime, and throughput.

A Datalogic technician will visit your site to assess the application, identify material handling issues, and offer recommendations to maximize throughput.

EASEOFCARE Training

On-site system training is provided by the Datalogic Training Department. This informal, hands-on training is designed for your staff, including supervisors and users, and covers:

• In-depth operation of scanners and related equipment
• Identifying system component failures and corrective actions to restore functionality
• Proper tools and safety measures for replacing malfunctioning components
• Procedures for saving and restoring scanner parameters via laptop
