Elo's 2440L 24-inch full HD open frame touchscreen delivers a professional-grade large format display in a slim, integrated package. Designed for touch from the start with proven Elo expertise and reliability built in, the 2440L offers a state-of-the-art slim design using LED backlighting, reducing power consumption and generating less heat. With a high-definition cinematic-like experience and compact form factor, the 2440L complements the large family of Elo solutions for applications in the retail self-service and gaming/ amusement markets. The 2440L also features a high quality panel along with a unique, injection-molded mini-bezel with virtually invisible water-resistant seal. The open frames are available with your choice of touch technologies and multiple mounting options for easy integration.
The touchscreen is sealed against dirt, dust and liquids, which simplifies integration into the final enclosure. PCAP units can be sealed into a solution and obtain an IP65 rating on the front side of the unit. With the design and tooling being controlled by Elo, long-lasting product availability can be expected as well as backwards compatibility where we can make it possible to help minimize additional enclosure costs.
The 2440L provides stable drift-free operation with outstanding image clarity, resolution, and light transmission. Available with a choice of Elo's industry-leading touch technologies, in single-, dual- or multi-touch versions. The seamless zero-bezel edge-to-edge glass design is available with IntelliTouch® surface acoustic wave (SAW) single- and dual-touch, ideal for vertical implementations, as well as multi-touch (4-touch) projected capacitive (PCAP) technology with fast and extremely sensitive responses right out of the box. IntelliTouch® also comes with a standard bezel design with single-touch or dual-touch for the ultimate in optical quality. All 2440L touchscreens provide pure glass construction to deliver a clear, bright and long-lasting performance with scratch-resistant protection making it nearly impossible to physically wear them out.
The Elo open frame touchscreen display delivers the quality and reliability Elo is known for, and is backed by our three-year standard warranty. We design, build and are responsible for the complete solution, with touch integrated from the start. Using our touchscreens combined with our software and drivers, everything is designed to work together and is tested as part of our life-testing processes. All our products go through rigorous reliability testing (over 20 tests) to deliver 50,000 MTBF.
