Laird NMO (New Motorola Mount) Style Mounts

NMO mounts were originally developed by Motorola for their land mobile radio antennas. Many manufacturers still use this standard today. The Laird / Antenex GMRO is a 2 & 3/8 inch diameter black rubber boot for mini size magnetic antenna mounts for LMR / Land Mobile Radio. These rubber boots prevent scratching of metal surfaces and vehicle roofs. However, they may cause a slight degradation of pull strength.
