Product Highlights
Laird YS8966: 896-970 MHz, 6 element, 12 dBi, Aluminum Yagi with Fixed N-Female Connector MNF# YS8966Laird Yagi Antennas
Laird Yagi antennas, renowned for their directional signal reception, revolutionize wireless communication. Combining precision engineering with advanced materials, they enhance connectivity across vast distances. The design of Yagi antennas allows them to focus their radiated energy in a specific direction, providing high gain and increased signal strength in that direction while attenuating signals from other directions.
The YS8966 is a heavy duty, directional Yagi antenna with 6 elements, operating at 896-970 MHz, providing 12 dBi of linear gain.

*Please note: Yagi antennas are able to be mounted in either the vertical or horizontal plane. The waves leave Yagi antennas in the same plane as the elements. If the elements are up and down, the polarity (or polarization) is vertical. It is necessary to have antennas at both ends of the communications link of the same polarity. Mobile systems traditionally have all antennas vertically polarized. For dedicated Yagi-to-Yagi links either polarization may be selected but be sure to choose the same for both ends of the path.
