Purchase an On-Site Plan With your New Printer

All label printers come with a manufacturer's depot warranty. Depot means if your printer breaks down, you have to ship it to the manufacturer. The BarcodeFactory provides very low cost on-site printer repair and maintenance programs anywhere in the USA and Canada. For a low annual fee we will provide two on PM visits, (preventative maintenance), every 6 months. In addition we will repair and replace any part with the exception of print heads, (which we sell at great discounts), on site within 24 to 48 hours. If your printhead needs replacing, our technician will arrive with parts and replace it for only the cost of the head. The technician will also perform a full PM and train your staff on the proper care of the printer.

Annual Service Plans are a convenient once-per-year expenditure for your equipment repairs. Depot level plans are available for barcode, data capture, and POS receipt printers. On-site level plans are available on barcode & data capture equipment, laser/color printers, desktop, POS and RFID equipment. Free estimates are always available for depot repair on items not under service contracts.
