Custom Prime Labels

Project Specifications
Before we produce your label, we make sure to carefully consider what factors could affect its performance. Is your container reusable? Do you need removable adhesive? Does your label need to withstand poor weather? We’ll consider all this and more to make the perfect product label for you.

Quantities
Some of our customers require millions of labels per year. Others need twenty different lots, with one thousand labels each. To account for orders of every size, Barcode Factory created a three-color label that can be printed on rolls using a flexographic printing process. With this method, the cost per label is reduced to tenths of a penny. New digital printing processes allow for photograph-quality images with custom die-cut shapes.

Applying the Label
Our labels come on a standard three-inch core, wound to your specifications and made to match your automatic labeling process. Many manufacturers use auto-applying machines to help automatically dispense and apply labels one at a time. Other applicators use glue machines that apply a cut-to-size label to a metal tin or bottle using a rubber cement adhesive. For more information, see our line of label handling equipment.

A crucial step in label production is creating an attractive, readable design. Our art department has over thirty years of label-designing experience and can create a label to suit your tastes, while our graphics department can confirm any art you supply them with is print ready.
