The Tach-It Mini-Con TL Rotary Tube Label Applicator is perfect for high productivity labeling of small diameter tubes and round products of various materials and diameters. Having a 4 inch wide by 39 inch long adjustable speed roller coveyor with 53 rollers the Mini-Con TL allows for labeling speeds of up to 30 feet per minute. Utilizing non-contact technologically advanced sensors the Mini-Con TL has a touch screen controller with 5 memory presets, target counter, dwell timer for consistent label placement and is stepper motor controlled for reliable and consistent label placement. The Mini-Con TL is easy to setup and use and is fully portable with casters and adjustable height legs and can be equipped with infeed and outfeed options.
