Programmable Smart Keyboard
The TSC™ KU-007 Plus programmable smart keyboard works as a small portable PC, enabling users to communicate with a wide variety of bar code printers, while conserving valuable work space.
The KU-007 Plus can be used to upload or download files or connect an external device such as a CCD scanner to its RS-232 port. By accessing files in the keyboard’s Flash memory, a user can generate label formats through an easy-to-use BASIC-like language interpreter, instantly building a stand-alone printing system.

This affordable new care label cutter, which works with any TSC TTP-2410MT Series industrial label printer, is designed to print and continuously cut garment industry customer care labels at a high rate of speed.
The Care Label Cutter is capable of cutting textile garment labels such as cloth, ribbon, paper, polyester and nylon tape of thickness to 0.15 mm. Minimum media width is 1” (25.4 mm) up to a maximum materials width of 2.76” (70 mm).
The combination of a TTP-2410MT Series printer and the care label cutter is a productive and affordable solution for producing care labels in volume. Setup and operation is simple and supports print speeds up to 4 inches per second, and two cuts per second without the printer slowing down or pausing between cuts. Customers can easily print and cut 120 labels per minute or over 7,200 labels per hour based on using approved TSC media.
Labels are printed on one side and can be cut and collected into the units catch tray. Minimum label length can be as short as 1.18” (30 mm) and up to 160’’ (4,064 mm) long depending on which TTP-2410MT model is selected. The industrial-strength rotary knife unit has proven reliability and cuts without printer pause to maximize production efficiency.
Customers may choose from 203 dpi, 300 dpi or 600 dpi resolutions for their care label needs. A high resolution 300 dpi print head ensures crisp, clear print quality on a broad range of fabric substrates. With print capabilities including a choice of fonts, care symbols and logos, the TSC Care Label Cutter delivers high quality labels time after time.

TSC now offers two wireless printing options to its desktop and industrial printer lines – a new 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi module and a low-cost Bluetooth module.
Both options provide simple connection to multiple network devices which reduce costs by eliminating the clutter and cost of printer cabling. The modules are ideal for facilities where production lines are frequently being reconfigured or where cabling is either inconvenient or impossible.
Setup is simple and takes just a few minutes. Both modules can be installed by an end-user and easily programmed using TSC's DiagTool setup software.
The TSC WiFi 802.11 b/g/n module provides for secure data transfer of sensitive information over existing 802.11 b/g/n wireless networks at 11Mbps and is compatible with both infrastructure or Adhoc modes. Security protocols supported include WEP, WPA/WPA2-PSK, Enterprise, EAP-FAST, EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS and PEAP. Networking protocols supported include UDP, TCP/IP, DHCP, ARP, DNS and HTTP/HTTPS Client and Server.
The TSC Bluetooth module can communicate with a wide variety of peripherals including Bluetooth-enabled barcode scanners, personal data terminals (PDT), mobile computers, tablets and other devices – over distances of up to 30 feet from fixed and mobile devices.
