Introducing the RS2100, the industry’s smallest and lightest wearable scanner, for use in enterprise environments where workers will benefit from ergonomic hands-free scanning, including front of store, warehouse pack stations, manufacturing assembly, and inventory counts. The RS2100 offers high performance scanning of both 1D and 2D barcodes with the SE4770 imager and has an integrated battery that supports full shift operation. The RS2100 connects via Bluetooth to all Zebra Bluetooth-enabled mobile computers, including WT6300, TC52, TC53, TC57, TC58, TC21, TC22, TC26, TC28, ET4x, ET5x, and L10 as well as consumer Bluetooth-enabled devices, including Android, iOS & Windows PC.

The RS2100 delivers unparalleled ergonomics and comfort in enterprise Bluetooth wearable scanners. A low profile back of hand mount ensures workers get lightweight comfort with minimal interference when reaching into tight pick locations or narrow shelves. The mount is designed to fit a wide range of hand sizes, even when the worker is wearing light gloves, and reduces management complexity with one size fits all, left and right hand variants. And a version of the low profile back of hand mount will be available for the RS5100 and RS6100, to enable unprecedented comfort for Zebra’s premium Bluetooth wearable scanners.

The RS2100 also sets a new standard for value in wearable scanners. While the RS2100 features a durable design, including IP54 sealing and a 6 foot drop to concrete across the operating temperature range, it is offered at a price point that allows more workers to benefit from the productivity increases driven by hands-free mobility.
