TransTracker® Heat Event Shipment Indicators
Indicate Immediate, Quick or Delayed Heat Exposure
TransTracker with LIMITmarker heat-sensing indicators are placed in packaging to monitor heat exposure during shipping. They are available with immediate indication (within 15 seconds), quick indication (up to 15 minutes) and delayed indication (up to 2 hours).

Indicate Freeze Events
TransTracker with FREEZEmarker® indicators are placed in packaging to monitor freeze events during shipping. FREEZEmarkers display a clearly visible green circle and white checkmark to indicate that temperatures have remained above the response temperature.

TransTracker® Dual Temperature Shipment Indicators
Combined Heat and Freeze Indicators
TransTracker CD & CF dual indicators include a LIMITmarker® heat and FREEZEmarker freeze indicator to identify and prevent the administration or use of products that could be damaged by a high heat excusion or freeze event.
Monitor Temperature-Sensitive Products
LIMITmarker® Threshold Heat Indicators
LIMITmarker irreversible visual temperature indicators can be applied directly to heat-sensitive products; available with delayed (2 hours), quick (15 minutes) or immediate (seconds) indication. Many medical products can be damaged and lose strength when exposed to temperatures above a certain threshold.
When exposed to temperatures at or above the response temperature, the heat indicators change color within a specified response time to give a visual warning.
LIMITmarker® Reversible 18°C Indicators
LIMITmarker Reversible 18°C indicators provide a visual cue when products that require refrigeration to maintain their efficacy reach room temperature. The indicator is solid blue when cold (at or below 8°C), then changes color and reveals "OK" when it approaches room temperature (18°C, plus or minus 2°).
The indicators are 16 mm x 10 mm self-adhesive labels, easily applied to the primary packaging of products, where they can be viewed and intuitively understood by users.
FREEZEmarker® Freeze Indicators
FREEZEmarker irreversible visual temperature indicators monitor exposure to freeze events. When exposed to a freeze event at or below the response temperature, the freeze indicators turn partially or completely white, obscuring the white checkmark, to warn that the temperature limit has been exceeded and the endpoint reached.
Many medical products can be damaged and lose strength if they are frozen. Such excursions can go unnoticed during shipping and storage.
